When PCI is asked to provide consulting services for a new client, the process of creating a new team begins.  Interviews with the appropriate key team members to assess the goals and needs of a new client are the basis of the new alliance.  After careful analysis, the scope of the project is discussed, mutually agreed upon, and the plan is set in motion.

Consulting projects will vary from client to client.  Sometimes it means just being available by phone for the occasional crisis call.  Other projects may involve a more comprehensive approach to complete program management.  This can include writing and implementing a policy, selecting vendors, program oversight, and administration as well as insuring compliance with Federal Regulations, State Laws and local ordinances.
