When you are in a contractual agreement with a subcontractor hired to perform duties on your behalf you may be responsible to insure that they are adhering to safety and drug-free workplace regulations. There are many organizations mandated by the Federal Government to audit their safety sensitive subcontractor’s drug and alcohol testing programs.

PCI can take over the responsibility of investigating contractors’ programs for our clients, helping to ensure compliance to either the federal mandated oversight rules or the terms of a contractual agreement.
