The training gives your supervisors the tools to recognize, document and confront substance abuse in the workplace in a constructive manner. Employee Awareness Education
PCI has developed a Resource Guide for Employees to compliment our clients' drug and alcohol education presentation. Federal Regulations mandate some employee education and although it is not required, all drug/alcohol free workplace programs should educate employees to understand the company's policy, the testing procedures and the consequences, both personal and professional, of using drugs and alcohol.

Collection Site Auditing, Collector and BAT Training and Education
PCI on behalf of our clients, helps ensure that service agents are properly trained, certified and performing their jobs appropriately as dictated by Federal Regulations and Guidelines. The oversight of your service agents is your responsibility. PCI's expertise in this area ensures that the integrity of your program is always maintained.
